WELCOME TO THE ONLINE HOME OF THE GAMMA KAPPA CHAPTER OF PHI GAMMA DELTA!

PHI GAMMA DELTA, OR FIJI, IS A SOCIAL FRATERNITY UNITED IN OUR GOAL OF BUILDING COURAGEOUS LEADERS ACCORDING TO OUR VALUES OF FRIENDSHIP, KNOWLEDGE, SERVICE, MORALITY, AND EXCELLENCE.

Friendship

Our chapter works to build a community of mutual respect. We aim to foster acceptance of non-traditional backgrounds, and we strive to support each other in our endeavors, logistics, and mental health.

Knowledge

FIJI holds the highest fraternity average GPA at 3.39 cumulative, and achieved a 3.61 average GPA for the spring 2020 semester. 67% of current brothers made the spring Dean's list, and over 20% of brothers maintained a perfect 4.0. FIJI and its members have received academic accolades such as the Outstanding Scholar Award and were distinguished for standout performance at the Condon Cup in 2019-20.

Service

FIJI participates in many service projects on and off campus. We accrue over 1500 hours of service each year with notable participation in the Walk to End Alzheimer's, Extra Life, Odyssey of the Minds, and the Diabetic Children's Halloween Carnival.

Morality

FIJI is a dry house with an adamant no-hazing-policy. We hold all brothers, pledges, and graduates to a high standard of moral fortitude and we have fostered a community of character.

Excellence

FIJI graduate brothers have gone on to start their own businesses, perform PhD research for CSM, and have developed successful careers in engineering and non-engineering fields. Phi Gamma Delta has a phrase that FIJI is "not for college days alone." Our brothers live by these words by providing professional and personal guidance long after graduation. Three of our alumni have received the Wilkinson Award, which is awarded to the most outstanding senior across all Phi Gamma Delta chapters.
